Pamela Meade

Pamela Meade has been with Designs for Learning for over 20 years. She is the President/CEO and uses her management skills to coordinate company operations, spearhead strategic initiatives, and create systems and procedures for DL's core services. As well as leading the Designs team, she assists schools to build internal capacity and self-sufficiency.  She was a Business Manager with Minneapolis Public Schools, and for three Charter Schools (including a founding staff member), and past work experience working with US Dept of Energy in Contracts and Compliance and worked on the Navajo Nation providing Evaluation and Program support for Domestic Violence, Drug, and Suicide prevention programs.
 
Pamela has a Master’s Degree in Professional Communications (MPC) and a Master of Science in Conflict Management and Dispute Resolution (MSCM). She serves as a Treasurer on the Pagosa Peak Open School charter board in Colorado and sits on the board of SPARK-Y providing environmental educational opportunities in Minnesota.
