Kelsey Massie

LICSW School Social Worker

Kelsey Massie, is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker, serving as a School Social Worker and providing Social Work Supervision. Kelsey joined the team in 2020. Kelsey completed her undergraduate studies at Colorado College and earned her Masters in Social Work at Columbia University School of Social Work in 2016. 

Prior to that she spent the majority of her career working as a family consultant helping parents and families support their students working to become successful, independent and active members of a community. Kelsey is passionate about teaching skills that enhance resilience and promote mental health wellness. Kelsey has also worked as a mentor to assist young adults in transitions into independent life styles. Her prior clinical experiences include working in early childhood interventions for students with Autism Spectrum Disorder; working with at-risk youth and families in the New York City Public School system; with psychiatric patients and their families at Bellevue Hospital of New York City; and with incarcerated youth within the juvenile justice system.

Kelsey enjoys spending time as a family with her husband, two kids and dog. In her free time Kelsey enjoys traveling to immerse herself in other cultures, where she feels the most growth for a person happens. She also continues to make outdoor activity and exercise a priority in her life.
