Carl Romstad, School Psychologist

Carl attended the University of Minnesota-Duluth and received a bachelor's degree in Secondary Education teaching Social Studies and attended the University of Wisconsin-Stout and received his Masters and Educational Specialist Degrees in School Psychology. Recently, Carl has obtained his Minnesota licensure as a director of special education through the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities. Aside from being a school psychologist, he has consulted with and trained interpreters for the Minnesota Department of Education, he trains special education teachers and professionals on cultural issues in special education, and he consults with and has co-researched and co-authored literature with professionals from the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities, regarding diverse learners in education. Carl also sits on the Minnesota School Psychologist Association Board.
